Position Overview:

As the Marketing Manager for Greenawalt Roofing Company, you will play a pivotal role in driving the marketing strategy to promote our products and services in the home improvement sector. You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales growth. This role requires a creative thinker with a passion for home improvement trends, strong leadership skills, and a track record of successful marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with senior management to develop comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives and target audience preferences in the home improvement market.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, social media, email marketing, and print collateral, to effectively reach and engage target customers.
  • Brand Management: Uphold and enhance the company's brand identity in the home improvement sector through consistent messaging, visual aesthetics, and customer experiences across all marketing channels.
  • Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve marketing objectives within established financial constraints.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and opportunities for differentiation in the home improvement industry.
  • Content Creation: Oversee the development of compelling marketing content, including website copy, blog posts, product descriptions, and promotional materials, that resonate with our target audience and drive engagement.
  • Lead Generation: Implement lead generation strategies to attract prospective customers and nurture them through the sales funnel, leveraging techniques such as SEO, PPC advertising, and content marketing.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor key performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs, using analytics tools to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and inform future strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and customer service teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives, gather feedback, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay Current: Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in home improvement marketing to continuously innovate and stay ahead of the competition.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Proven experience (3 years) in marketing, with a focus on home improvement or home services industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinker with a demonstrated ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team of marketing professionals.
